Customers who wish to revalidate their Sodexo Mobile Pass after it reaches its revalidation date must follow the steps below:
- Send a screen capture of the Mobile Pass via email at customercare.svc.ph@sodexo.com
- A customer service representative will ask you to fill out a revalidation request form and validate and inspect the authenticity of the surrendered Passes.
- Once approved, you will then receive a confirmation message via email or SMS that your new Mobile Pass Code has been sent.
