However, once an order has been dispatched or delivered, a cancellation fee will be charged. You need to return your order to the Sodexo office according to the guidelines provided by the Customer Service Team. The cancellation fee covers the costs incurred in processing your order. Payment charged will be refunded back to the card you used to pay.
