How do I request for a refund of my Pluxee Gift credits?

If your credits were deducted but was not successful at the merchant side, you have 2 options:


OPTION 1 

1. Go to branch Customer Service as soon as your credits were deducted

2. Ask them to send a request to Pluxee Philippines for a refund 

3. Pluxee Philippines will reverse your credits in 2-5 business days from the time merchant has sent the request


OPTION 2

1. Call or email Sodexo at:

    support@care.pluxee.ph

    02-86894700

2. Send the ff details:

  •     Subject: Refund Request
  •     Merchant Name
  •     Branch
  •     Payment ID of your transaction (found at the upper left corner of the transaction)
  •     Mobile Number/Email Address registered to the app
  •     Amount Deducted
  •     Date and Time of Transaction

3. Sodexo will reverse your credits in max of 15working days
