What to do if I did not receive my load?

1. Try converting the load using another mobile number

If it still does not work, please go to Option 2:


1. Send email to customercare.svc.ph@sodexo.com    

   Subject: Did Not Receive Load

    Provide the code converted

    Mobile Number

    Error Message if any

2. Sodexo will provide feedback in 5-10 working days
