ZALORA eGiftCard vouchers T&C 

 

  1. Introduction 

 

By converting your Sodexo+ digital gift certificate (“GC”) credits within the ‘SHOP’ tab section of the Sodexo+ mobile application, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereafter referred to as “T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Sodexo+ app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction. 

 

  1. Scope 

 

This T&C covers all Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines Inc.’s (“Sodexo”) Sodexo+ Premium Pass digital GC credits to BF Jade E-Services Philippines Inc.’s (“ZALORA”) eGift Card code conversion transactions within the Sodexo+ mobile application starting Oct 1, 2020. 

 

  1. Sodexo+ App E-Voucher Conversion Terms 

 

1. A user may convert his/her Sodexo+ Premium Pass digital GC to a ZALORA eGiftCard code within the ‘SHOP’ tab of the Sodexo+ app, as long as the user has enough credits to convert within his/her Sodexo+ app. 

 

2. Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination based on its sequence will be sent directly to the user, via in-app notification and/or email notification. 

 

The user is responsible and accountable for his/her received unique code. The user acknowledges and agrees that Sodexo shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused, sustained, or experienced by the user, in connection with the use of the unique code on the applicable ZALORA platforms. The same applies for unused unique codes that will expire within the validity period. 

 

3. In the event of expired unique codes, Sodexo and ZALORA shall not refund or reissue any amount to the user, whether in form of Sodexo+ digital GC credits or ZALORA eGiftCard codes. 

 

  1. ZALORA’s Terms & Conditions 

 

a. All converted unique ZALORA eGiftCard codes are valid for redemption on ZALORA Philippines’ applicable platforms. Each ZALORA eGiftCard code has an equivalent validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Sodexo Philippines (sodexonotificationsphilippines@sodexo.ph). 


b. The unique eGift Card code is only valid for use on www.zalora.com.ph website and ZALORA mobile app, available on iOS and Android versions. 


c. The unique eGiftCard code may be redeemed for a single transaction, one-time use only. Partial redemption is not allowed. If the total value of the eGift Card is not used up, there will be no change or credits applicable. If the total purchase goes beyond the applicable eGift Card amount, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through any other payment modes available on the ZALORA platform. 


d. The unique eGiftCard code may be redeemed at no minimum spend. 


e. Refunds for goods and/or services purchased with the unique eGiftCard code will be for ZALORA website store credit only, subject for ZALORA’s approval. In any event aligned with this request, kindly coordinate directly with ZALORA. 


f. The unique eGiftCard code is non-refundable (in cash), non-exchangeable, non-extendable, and non-voidable.

g. The unique eGiftCard code is valid for new and existing users of ZALORA. 


h. ZALORA may invalidate or suspend the use of any unique voucher code if it suspects any misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity, or in the event of any technical malfunction or unavailability of the website. In any event aligned with this scenario, kindly coordinate directly with ZALORA. 


i. The unique voucher code may be subject to other applicable policies of ZALORA, found in the ZALORA website (https://www.zalora.com.ph/terms-of-use/).
