UniPin Gaming E-Vouchers Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. I. Introduction  

 

By converting your Sodexo+ Premium Pass digital gift certificate (hereby referred to as “S+ Digital GC”) credits within the ‘SHOP’ tab section of the Sodexo+ mobile application, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Sodexo+ app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.  

 

  1. II. Scope  

 

This T&C covers all Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines Inc.’s (“Sodexo”) S+ Digital GC credits to UniPin Philippines Inc.’s (“UniPin”) e-voucher conversion transactions within the Sodexo+ mobile application starting April 15, 2023. 

 

  1. III. Sodexo+ App E-Voucher Conversion Terms  

 

1. You (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “Customer” or “User”) may convert your S+ Digital GC to a unique UniPin e-voucher code within the ‘SHOP’ tab of the Sodexo+ app, as long as you have enough digital GC credits to convert within your Sodexo+ app. 

 

2. Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination based on its sequence will be sent directly to you, via in-app notification and/or email notification. 

 

The User is solely responsible for the safekeeping and proper usage of his/her received unique UniPin e-voucher code. The User acknowledges and agrees that Sodexo shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused (including, among others, stolen codes due to fault/negligence of the User), sustained, or experienced by the User or any other person, in connection with the use of the unique UniPin e-voucher code on the  applicable UniPin platform/s. The same applies for unused unique UniPin e-voucher codes that will expire within the validity period.  

 

3. In the event of expired unique UniPin e-voucher codes, Sodexo and/or UniPin shall not refund or reissue any amount to the User, whether in the form of Sodexo+ digital GC credits or UniPin e-voucher codes, or cash.  

 

 

  1. IV. UniPin Gaming’s Terms & Conditions  

 

  1. a. All converted unique UniPin e-voucher codes are valid for redemption on UniPin’s website at https://www.unipin.com/ (“UniPin Platform”) 

  1. b. Each UniPin e-voucher code has an equivalent validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Sodexo via sodexonotificationsphilippines@sodexo.ph. 

  1. c. The unique UniPin e-voucher code may only be used to recharge a *UniPin voucher game or a **UniPin credits game that’s available in UniPin’s Platform. 

 

*UniPin voucher games equate to games that can accept converted UniPin e-voucher codes straight from the Sodexo+ SHOP tab. These are:

**UniPin credits games are those that require you to convert your UniPin e-voucher codes into UniPin Credits to top-up for a game within the UniPin PH website. These are:

  1. To redeem your converted UniPin e-voucher code, visit https://www.unipin.com/, choose the game that you want to recharge at, and follow the steps below depending on the game classification: 

 

FOR *UNIPIN VOUCHER GAMES: 

Input your game User ID and Server / Zone ID and select the amount that you’d like to avail of. Under the Payment Channels, select ‘Physical Vouchers’ and choose ‘UniPin Voucher PH’. Then, enter your UniPin e-voucher code in the Serial number portion and click ‘Confirm’. After the successful transaction, the purchased amount will immediately be available in your in-game account. 

 

FOR **UNIPIN CREDITS GAMES: 

Sign in to your UniPin account at https://www.unipin.com/, go to your UniPin Credits Wallet (or visit https://www.unipin.com/reload), click Top-Up, select Physical Vouchers, and choose UniPin Voucher PH as payment option. Then, input the UniPin e-voucher code in the Serial number portion and click ‘Confirm’. After the successful transaction, the loaded amount will immediately be available in your UniPin Credits Wallet which you can use to recharge within the UniPin website.  

 

Once your UniPin Credits Wallet is loaded, select the game that you want to recharge at and input your game user details (user ID, Server / Zone ID, etc). Then, choose the amount that you want to avail of. Then, under the Payment Channels, select ‘Wallet’, choose ‘UniPin Credits’, and click ‘Confirm’.  

 

After the successful transaction, the purchased amount will immediately be available in your in-game account or to your registered UniPin email address (specifically for Gift Card e-shops such as Steam, Twitch, etc).

  1. e. For *UniPin voucher games, the value of your UniPin e-voucher code must be the same amount as your target recharge value. Payment cannot be combined with other modes of payment. 

  1. f. For *UniPin credits games, kindly make sure that your UniPin Credits Wallet value has enough credits to purchase. 

  1. g. The UniPin e-voucher code may be redeemed for a single-receipt transaction, one-time use only. Partial redemption is not allowed. If the total value of the UniPin e-voucher is not used up, there will be no change or credits applicable. 

  1. h. The UniPin e-voucher code may be redeemed at no minimum spend.  

  1. i. The use of UniPin e-voucher code is valid for enabled games within the Philippine territory only.   

  1. j. The unique UniPin e-voucher code is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash. 

  1. k. Sodexo and/or UniPin shall not be responsible for any damages and/or inconveniences including all illness/es, injury/ies, death/s, claim/s, liability/ies and/or cost/s suffered by the Customer, as the case may be, caused in whole or in part by the product/s and/or service/s provided by UniPin. The User shall hold Sodexo and/or UniPin free and harmless from any claim, demand, suit, cause of action or liability in respect of any fault or negligence, in relation to any transaction where a UniPin e-voucher code was used, accepted or rejected. Sodexo and/or UniPin makes no representation or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the quality and/or merchantability of the products and/or services availed of in the UniPin Platform. 

  1. l. The UniPin e-voucher code may be subject to other Terms & Conditions of UniPin and their partner game publishers on the UniPin platform and the partner game publisher’s platforms, as reflected on https://www.unipin.com/website-terms-and-conditions and https://www.unipin.com/user-terms-and-conditions.  

  1. m. UniPin reserves the right to decide on all matters and disputes pertaining to the use of UniPin e-voucher codes.

  1. o. This T&C, in whole or in part, may be updated/amended by Sodexo and/or UniPin anytime without prior notice.
