Yes! Simply follow these steps: 

  • Send a screen capture of the Mobile Pass via email to customercare.svc.ph@sodexo.com 
  • A customer service representative will ask you to fill out a revalidation request form and validate the authenticity of the Mobile Pass 
  • Once approved, you will then receive a confirmation message via email or SMS that your new Mobile Pass Code has been sent.
