What are the terms and conditions of my Lazada Gift Card (via Lazada Wallet)?

Lazada (via Lazada Gift Cards) E-Gift codes Terms & Conditions 

 

  1. Introduction 

 

By converting your Pluxee Gift credits within the ‘STORE’ tab section of the Pluxee Philippines app, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Pluxee Philippines app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction. 

 

  1. Scope 

 

This T&C covers all Pluxee Philippines Inc.’s (“Pluxee ”) Pluxee Gift credits to Lazada E-Services Philippines Inc.’s (“Lazada” or “Lazada Gift Card”) e-Gift code conversion transactions within the Pluxee Philippines app application starting June 20, 2023. 

 

  1. Pluxee Philippines app E-Voucher Conversion Terms 

 

1. You (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “Customer” or “User”) may convert your S+ Digital GC to a unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card)e-Gift code within the ‘STORE’ tab of the Pluxee Philippines app, as long as you have enough digital GC credits to convert within your Pluxee Philippines app. 

 

2. Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination based on its sequence will be sent directly to you, via in-app notification and/or email notification. 

 

The User is solely responsible for the safekeeping and proper usage of his/her received unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift code. The User acknowledges and agrees that Pluxee shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused (including, among others, stolen codes due to fault/negligence of the User), sustained, or experienced by the User or any other person, in connection with the use of the unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift code on the applicable Lazada platform/s. The same applies for unused unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card)e-Gift codes that will expire within the validity period. 

 

3. In the event of expired unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift codes, Pluxee and/or Lazada shall not refund or reissue any amount to the User, whether in the form of Pluxee Gift credits , Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift codes, Lazada Wallet credits, or cash. 

 

 

  1. Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card)’s E-GiftCodes Terms & Conditions 

 

    1. 1. Each converted unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift codes has an equivalent validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Pluxee Philippines (giftcredits@notifications.pluxee.ph)


    1. 2. All converted unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-voucher codes can only be used to top-up the user’s valid and active Lazada Wallet account 


    1. 3. To redeem, login to your Lazada Philippines’ account. Click on the Lazada Wallet icon on the top-right corner of the Lazada Homepage, and click ‘Lazada Gift Card’. Then, enter the unique Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-voucher code then click ‘Redeem’. 


    1. 4. Once successfully loaded into Lazada Wallet, the user can use and pay his/her purchases using Lazada Wallet credits in the Lazada Philippines’ websitewww.lazada.com.ph and Lazada mobile app available on iOS and Android versions (“Lazada Platform”). Simply choose Lazada Wallet as payment method upon cart checkout. Make sure you have enough Lazada Wallet credits to cover your cart and delivery fee before placing an order. 


    1. 5. Simultaneously, the user can also top-up his/her Lazada Wallet through other payment methods available such as bank transfers (via InstaPay), e-wallet payments, linked bank accounts, and over-the-counter outlets to settle the amount payable. Minimum cash-in value for these other modes of payment is Php 20, and maximum of Php 100,000 following the Lazada Wallet limit. Balance cashed in may appear on your Lazada Wallet almost instantaneously, depending on the chosen cash-in channel. For more information, visit https://www.lazada.com.ph/helpcenter/how-to-cash-in-my-lazada-wallet-5318.html  


    1. 7. All Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift code top-up transactions to the Lazada Wallet are credited real time. 


    1. 8. The unique e-Gift code may only be redeemed once. Once loaded into Lazada Wallet, the entire e-Gift amount value will be redeemed and does not expire anymore. Please make sure to load your converted Lazada Gift Card e-Gift into Lazada Wallet as early as you can. 


    1. 8. The Lazada (via Lazada Gift Card) e-Gift code is non-extendable, non-voidable, non-convertible to cashnon-transferable to other Lazada Wallets, and non-withdrawable once loaded into Lazada Wallet. 


    1. 9. All purchases within the Lazada platforms are covered by Lazada’s standard return and warranty policies. For order disputes and other concerns, kindly coordinate directly with Lazada. 


    1. 10. Pluxee and/or Lazada shall not be responsible for any damages and/or inconveniences including all illness/es, injury/ies, death/s, claim/s, liability/ies and/or cost/s suffered by the Customer, as the case may be, caused in whole or in part by the product/s and/or service/s provided by LazadaThe User shall hold Pluxee  and/or Lazada free and harmless from any claim, demand, suit, cause of action or liability in respect of any fault or negligence, in relation to any transaction where a Lazada e-Gift code was used, accepted or rejected. Pluxee and/or Lazada makes no representation or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the quality and/or merchantability of the products and/or services availed of in the Lazada Platform. 


    1. 11.
