What are the terms and conditions of my Angkas Evoucher?

I. Introduction  


By converting your Pluxee Gift credits  within the ‘STORE’ tab section of the Pluxee Philippines app, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Pluxee Philippines app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.  


II. Scope  


This T&C covers all Pluxee Philippines Inc.’s (“Pluxe”) Pluxee Gift credits  to DBDOYC Inc.’s (“Angkas”) e-voucher conversion transactions within the Pluxee Philippines app starting September 5, 2023. 


III. Pluxee Philippines app E-Voucher Conversion Terms  


1. You (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “Customer” or “User”) may convert your S+ Digital GC to a unique Angkas e-voucher code within the ‘STORE’ tab of the Pluxee Philippines app, as long as you have enough Premium Pass digital GC credits to convert within your Pluxee Philippines app. 


2. Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination based on its sequence will be sent directly to you, via in-app notification and/or email notification. 


The User is responsible and accountable for the safekeeping of his/her received unique Angkas e-voucher code. The User acknowledges and agrees that Pluxee shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss (including, among others, stolen codes due to fault/negligence of the User) caused, sustained, or experienced by the user or any other person, in connection with the use or non-use, or any other action/inaction by the User in relation to the unique code on the applicable Angkas Platform. The same applies for unused unique codes that will expire within the validity period. 


3. In the event of expired unique Angkas e-voucher codes, Pluxee and/or Angkas shall not refund or reissue any amount to the User, whether in the form of Pluxee Gift credits or Angkas e-voucher codes, or cash.  



IV. Angkas E-Vouchers’ Terms & Conditions  


    • a. All converted unique Angkas e-voucher codes are valid for redemption on Angkas mobile application available on IOSAndroid, and Huawei app stores (“Angkas Platform”). 

    • b. Each Angkas e-voucher code has an equivalent validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Pluxee via giftcredits@notifications.pluxee.ph. 

    • c. The Angkas e-voucher is valid for registered Angkas app members.  

    • d. To redeem, log-in to your Angkas app, select whether you want to avail of Angkas Passenger or Padala service, enter your pick-up and drop-off address, and click ‘Promo’ button. Input the unique e-voucher code and click ‘Confirm’. Once successfully applied, the value of the e-voucher code will be deducted to the total booking fare.    


    • e. Angkas e-vouchers may be used at no minimum spend and is valid for a single transaction, one-time use only. If the total value of the voucher is not used up, there will be no change or credits applicable. If the total bill exceeds your available Angkas e-voucher value, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through any other payment modes accepted on the Angkas Platform. 

    • f. The Angkas e-voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-extendable, non-voidable, and non-convertible to cash. 

    • g. The Angkas e-voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and ongoing promotional codes. 

    • h. Pluxee shall not be responsible for any damages and/or inconveniences including all illness/es, injury/ies, death/s, claim/s, liability/ies and/or cost/s suffered by the Customer, as the case may be, caused in whole or in part by the product/s and/or service/s provided by Angkas. The User shall hold Pluxee free and harmless from any claim, demand, suit, cause of action or liability in respect of any fault or negligence, in relation to any transaction where an Angkas e-voucher was used, accepted or rejected. Pluxee makes no representation or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the quality and/or merchantability of the products and/or services availed of in the Angkas Platform. 

    • i. The Angkas e-voucher may be subject to other Terms & Conditions of Angkas, as reflected on https://angkas.com/terms-of-use/Angkas reserves the right to decide on all matters and disputes pertaining to the use of Angkas e-vouchers

    • i. This T&C, in whole or in part, may be updated/amended by Pluxee and/or Angkas anytime without prior notice.
