What are the terms and conditions of my 7-Eleven CLiQQ e-vouchers?

1. I. Introduction 
By converting your Sodexo+ Premium Pass digital gift certificate (hereby referred to as “S+ Digital GC”) credits within the ‘SHOP’ tab section of the Sodexo+ mobile application, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Sodexo+ app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction. 
1. II. Scope 
This T&C covers all Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services Philippines Inc.’s (“Sodexo”) S+ Digital GC credits to Philippine Seven Corporation’s 7-Eleven via CLiQQ mobile application (“7-Eleven,” “CLiQQ app”) wallet vouchers conversion transactions within the Sodexo+ mobile application starting September 22, 2023.
1. III. Sodexo+ App E-Voucher Conversion Terms 
1. You (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “Customer” or “User”) may convert your S+ Digital GC to a unique 7-Eleven gift code within the ‘SHOP’ tab of the Sodexo+ app, as long as you have enough credits to convert within your Sodexo+ app.
2. Upon conversion, a unique alphanumeric code with an associated denomination and corresponding equivalent subscription period based on its sequence will be sent directly to you, via in-app notification and/or email notification.

The User is responsible and accountable for the safekeeping of his/her received unique 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet vouchers. The User acknowledges and agrees that Sodexo shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused, sustained, or experienced by the User or any other person, in connection with the use, non-use, or any other action/inaction by the User in relation to the unique 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher on the CliQQ platform. 

3. In the event of expired unique 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher, Sodexo and/or 7-Eleven shall not replace, refund or reissue any amount to the User, whether in the form of Sodexo+ digital GC credits, 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher, cash/cash equivalent, and/or kind. 
1. IV. 7-Eleven Terms & Conditions 
1. a. All converted unique 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher are valid for redemption at 7-Eleven stores nationwide and CliQQGrocery.com within the CLiQQ mobile application available on IOS and Android App Stores.
1. b. Each 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher has a certain validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent from Sodexo via sodexoplus@notifications.sodexo.ph.
1. c. The unique gift code is valid for new and existing users of CliQQ mobile application.
1. d. TO CLAIM/TOP UP WALLET USING 7-ELEVEN CLIQQ WALLET VOUCHER IN CLIQQ APP: Download the CliQQ app in Android as ‘CliQQ by 7—Eleven’ and in IOS as ‘CliQQ Every Day! Rewards.’ Login/register an account. Verify your account by providing your complete name and email address together with a PIN for security. Tap ‘Open Wallet’ and select ‘Load Wallet.’ Tap on ‘Redeem Code’ and input gift code in the ‘Redemption Code’ field. Finally, tap on ‘Confirm.’
1. e. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher may be redeemed with no minimum spend. 
1. f. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher can be used to purchase any physical goods in store at 7-Eleven or can be used to purchase physical merchandise at CliQQGrocery.com and pick-up the products at selected 7-Eleven branch.
1. g. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher to be used in CliQQGrocery.com is only accessible and valid via mobile phone only.
1. h. The 7-Eleven customer with a verified CLiQQ wallet account may also use the app to send money to other app users and request additional money from other app users.
1. i. 7-Eleven customers earn points every time they make purchases using the CLiQQ app and 2x more points by using CliQQ Wallet.
1. j. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher cannot be used for bills payment or services within 7-Eleven or the CLiQQ mobile application.
1. k. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher once loaded in the CLiQQ app wallet can be used in conjunction with other promos or discounts and has no expiry date.
1. l. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted to cash.
1. m. If the total value of purchase goes beyond the applicable 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through available payment mode.
1. n. Sodexo shall not be responsible for any damages and/or inconveniences including all loss/es, illness/es, injury/ies, death/s, claim/s, liability/ies and/or cost/s suffered by the Customer, as the case may be, cause in whole or in part by the product and/or service/s provided by 7-Eleven. The user shall hold Sodexo free and harmless from any claim, demand, suit, cause of action, or liability in respect of any fault or negligence, in relation to any transaction where a 7-Eleven gift code was used, accepted, or rejected.
1. o. 7-Eleven reserves the right to decide on all matters and disputes pertaining to the use of 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher. 
1. p. The 7-Eleven CLiQQ wallet voucher may be subject to applicable policies of 7-Eleven as found in the 7- Eleven official website (https://www.7-eleven.com.ph/about-cliqq/) and terms and conditions for wallet use (https://www.cliqq.net/terms/; https://www.cliqq.net/loyalty-rewards/#wallet). 1. q. Sodexo and/or 7-Eleven reserves the right to change or modify this T&C any time without prior notice.
