What are the terms and conditions of my Klook E-gift?

Klook E-Gift Cards T&C 


I. Introduction  

By converting your Pluxee Gift credits  its within the ‘STORE’ tab section of the Pluxee Philippines app, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”). If you are accepting this T&C on behalf of a company, organization, government, or any other juridical person, you represent and warrant that (a) you are legally authorized to do so, (b) the entity agrees to adhere to the provisions of this T&C and (c) neither you nor the entity are barred from using the Pluxee Philippines app or accepting the T&C under the laws of applicable jurisdiction.  

 II. Scope  

 This T&C covers all Pluxee Philippines, Inc.’s (“Pluxee”) Gift credits to Klook Travel Technology Limited (“Klook”) gift cards conversion transactions within the Pluxee Philippines app starting November 29, 2023. 

III. Pluxee Philippines app E-Voucher Conversion Terms  

 1. You (“you”, “your”, “yours”, “Customer” or “User”) may convert your Pluxee Gift credits to a unique Klook e-Gift Card within the ‘S’ tab of the Pluxee Philippines app, as long as you have enough credits to convert within your Pluxee Philippines app. 

2. Upon conversion, a unique numeric code with an associated denomination and corresponding equivalent subscription period based on its sequence will be sent directly to you, via in-app notification and/or email notification. 

 3.  The User is solely responsible and accountable for the safekeeping of his/her Pluxee Gift credits and/or received unique Klook e-Gift Card. The User acknowledges and agrees that Pluxee shall not be held responsible or liable, whether directly or indirectly, for lost and/or stolen Pluxee Gift credits and/or Klook e-Gift Cards, and for any damages or loss caused, sustained, or experienced by the User or any other person, in connection with the use, non-use, or any other action/inaction by the User in relation to the Pluxee Gift credits and/or unique Klook e-Gift Card on their respective platforms in both website and application, as applicable.   

4. In the event of expired unique Klook e-Gift Card, Pluxee and/or Klook shall not replace, refund or reissue any amount to the User, whether in the form of Pluxee Gift credits, Klook e-Gift Card, cash/cash equivalent, and/or kind.  

IV. Klook Terms & Conditions  

 a. All converted unique Klook e-Gift Cards are valid for redemption on Klook website and application available on iOS and Android app stores (Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure).  

b. Each Klook e-Gift Card has a certain validity date per denomination. This is reflected in the email notification sent by Sodexo via sodexoplus@notifications.sodexo.ph. 

c. The unique e-gift card is valid for new and existing users of Klook website and application. 


1. Load your Klook e-Gift Card by logging in to your Klook account.  

2. Click on the “Gift Cards” (“Profile”) on the upper right side of the website and scroll down to “Redeem a card” (“Gift Cards”) at the lower part of the screen.  

3. Enter or paste the voucher code on the redemption field.  

4. Click “Redeem” (“Redeem now”) to proceed.  

A confirmation upon successful redemption will show and the Klook e-Gift Card balance will display. Multiple loading of Klook e-Gift Cards is possible by repeating the steps mentioned. The system will automatically add all loaded e-gift cards and will be displayed under “Gift Cards.” 

Once the Klook e-Gift Cards are loaded, booking and paying is possible for the desired activity and service. Choose the desired activity or service and select the date and time you intend to avail it. Enter the participant details, contact information, and the discount/promo code to be availed if eligible. Choose Klook e-Gift Card as mode of payment and the available balance will be automatically deducted on your total transaction.  


1. Download the Klook mobile application (Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure) on iOS and Android app stores.  

2. Sign-up/login to your Klook account. Tap “Klook gift cards” and scroll down to “Redeem now”.  

3. Enter or paste the voucher code on the redemption field.  

4. Click “Redeem now” to proceed. A confirmation upon successful redemption will show and the Klook e-Gift Card balance will display. 

For Android users who cannot see “Klook Gift Cards” under your profile, scroll down and select “Settings”. Go to “Language” and select “English (Philippines)”.  

 e. The Klook e-Gift Card may be redeemed with no minimum spend.  

f. The Klook e-Gift Card can be used to book activities and services of Tours and Experiences, Attraction Tickets, Hotels, Transport, Car Rentals.  

g. The Klook e-Gift Card is valid for use in Klook official website (https://klook.com) and mobile application (Klook: Travel, Hotels, Leisure). 

h. Klook e-Gift Card is not applicable for use on Klook Passes / Bundle & Save Passes / Stay+Bundles / Travel Insurance / Hong Kong Palace Museum Ticket / Hong Kong Science Museum Special Exhibition. 

i. Use of Klook e-Gift Card allows earning of Klook credits if specified upon booking of activity or service.  

j. The Klook e-Gift Card can be used in conjunction with other promos unless specified otherwise by the terms and conditions of the existing promo. 

k. Payment for booking an activity or service using Klook e-Gift Card should be in the same currency of the gift card balance. 

l. Once a Klook e-Gift Card is redeemed and reflected as a gift card balance, it is ready for booking an activity or service and is non-refundable.  

m. The Klook e-Gift Card may only be used once, is non-exchangeable and cannot be converted to cash. 

n. If the total value of the activity or service being booked goes beyond the applicable Klook e-Gift Card, the user will shoulder and pay the difference through available payment mode.  

o. The Klook e-Gift Card may be subject to applicable policies of Klook as found in the Klook official website (https://www.klook.com/en-US/policy/) and terms and conditions for gift card (https://www.klook.com/en-PH/klook-gift-card/). For any questions or clarifications, you may check on the Help Center found in the Klook app or official website or email Klook’s customer service at support@klook.com.  

p. Pluxee shall not be responsible for any damages and/or inconveniences including all loss/es, illness/es, injury/ies, death/s, claim/s, liability/ies and/or cost/s suffered by the Customer, as the case may be, cause in whole or in part by the product and/or service/s provided. The user shall hold Pluxee free and harmless from any claim, demand, suit, cause of action, or liability in respect of any fault or negligence, in relation to any transaction where a Klook e-Gift Card was used, accepted, or rejected. 

 This T&C, in whole or in part, may be updated/amended by Pluxee anytime without prior notice.
