Your current product offer continues to improve, as we invest in newer technologies, to create engaging employee experiences and personalized solutions that bring freedom and enrichment to your life. 

2. Will the validity of cards, vouchers change? Will I be able to pay with the voucher with the old design? Until when?

The experience of using the current Sodexo benefit does not change; neither does the validity or the places where you already use it. You will be able to continue using the existing benefits products until the time they are valid.

3. Will it impact my current balance?

No, your current balance will remain the same

4. How will I be able to track my history?

Yes, you will have access to your transaction history, just like before

5. Will it have any impact on my power of purchase?

Our teams are working every day to help improve your purchasing power by using the benefits products issued by us

6. What is the impact on me?

We are opening up a world of opportunities, to help you enjoy more of what really matters to you

7. Will I have access to more products?

If your employer wishes to offer more employee benefits products, you will have access to them

8. Can I still use my Sodexo+ app?

Yes, you can continue to use your card seamlessly, just like before

9. Should I throw away my current Sodexo pass paper voucher?

No, you may continue the use the existing card, just like before

10. Can I use my card at the same merchants?

Yes, you can continue to use your card seamlessly at the same merchants, just like before

11. Does it have an impact on the validity date of my cards?

The existing validity date of your cards remains the same; there is no change
